Cancellation Policy

• 50% fee if cancelled < 60 working days before departure
• 75% fee if cancelled < 45 working days before departure
• 100% fee if cancelled < 20 working days before departure or no‑show
• 20% fee if we are not notified of cancellation/changes after booking
• Deposits are non‑refundable; may be transferred with additional costs
• Approved refunds processed within 20–40 working days
